I would like to understand the concept of time in lieu and it works
our Scenario case:
Employee Working hours: 8 hrs / day
If employee works more than the defined working hours, certain hours to added as compensation for the employee in terms of (Annual Or Personal Leave)
Case 1:
Employee Working hours : 8 + 4 = 12 hrs
Now system has to calculate this as
Basic working : 8 hrs
Over time : 4 hrs
Now Time in lieu account to be : 0 hrs
Case 2 :
Employee Working Hours: 8 + 6 = 14 hrs
Now system to get as
Basic Working : 8 hrs
Overtime : 6 hrs
Now Time in lieu account to be : 2 hrs
For the above cases the system to be configured in such a way
If the employee works for the over time below 4 hrs , No time in lieu to be calculated, if it exceeds more than the 4 hrs , that the first 4 hrs to be skipped off and the rest to be calculated for the Time in lieu account for compensation
We had tried the configuration, but now able to achieve as expected
