Performance Management System (PMS)

Hello Everyone,

 

We are implementing PMS for our client on ehp7.

PMS process requirement for our client's employees is more flexible then a normal PMS scenario.

Besides employee and manager there are 3 other people who will be participating in employee appraisal process.

 

1/ HR

2/ Business Head

3/ Group MD

 

The flexibility what client requires is, in normal appraisal cycle only employee and manager will be taking part.

i.e. Employee self rates against his/her actual achieved targets and then Manager will rate accordingly.

 

But in some cases Business head and Group MD will also be participating in rating.

Business head and Group MD rating cannot be set upon any logical pattern, it would be totally dependent upon the HR.

HR will be deciding whose appraisal document is to forwarded to BH or Group MD and for whom Manager's rating will be final rating.

 

So regarding this flexibility, i have few questions-

 

1/ How can i add Business head and Group MD in appraisal cycle apart from option of 'part-participants' ?

 

2/ While using part participants, the sub-status 'Part appraisal in process' is mandate, which will be flown through part participants- How to avoid/divert/customize this sub-status being flown to BH and Group MD ? because this would make job of BH & Group MD tedious as every document of each employee would be flown to them.

 

Experts... Awaited for your answers and opinions.
