When the application program creates a tRFC (or) qRFC entry with destination set to NONE, the tRFC (or) qRFC entry will be created with destination set to the 'local application server name'
Register the 'local application server name' under transaction SMQS with a MAXCONN value as suggested by Note 1403974.
You can delete these queues form SMQ1 directly from menu QRFC--Reorganize. Also try program RSARFCEX.
