Calculated rate error through batch

Hi ,

I know that this is a common issue, but not able to find some concrete solution with respect to batch process

We are facing an error "Calculated rate xxx deviates from document header rate" when the transaction is loaded through batch

but it works fine when the same is done manually.

Please advise.
