Appraisal Template Flow after Mid Year Review Completed Status

Dear Experts,

 

Appraisal Process according to Customer requirements is mentioned here under:


1)         Goal Settings in Appraisal Template

2)         Appraisal Process initiated by HR (Super User) (In Planning Status)

3)         Employee Fills his Appraisal Form in Mid-Year Self Review Phase (In Review Status)

4)         Line Manager - Mid Year Review (In Review)

5)         Employee Acknowledgement (Agree or Disagree) (In Review)

6)         If Employee Agrees, Mid Year Review Complete. After Completed Status, HR will be notify for Mid-Year Completed Appraisal

 

7)         At the time of Annual Appraisal, HR will send the same filled document to Employee for End Year Self-Appraisal

8)         Line Manager Annual Review & Approval at end of the year (In Process Status)

9)         Department Head Final Appraisal Approval & sends to HR (In Process Status)

10)       Employee Acknowledgement (Agree or Disagree) (In Process Status)

11)       After Completed Status, HR will have the report of Completed Appraisal

 

Can anyone please guide, that how the same filled document can be used again and send by HR to same employee after mid year Completed status.

 

And what should be the Status flow with Sub statuses for the above mentioned appraisal Process.
