Delete Aggregates in the cube after compresssion

Hi Experts,

We have delete the complete data from the cube , on which aggregates are already exist.But forgot to deactivate it.

Now we have relaoded the data in to the cube.its shows some different results in the cube now.but request are compressed as well.

When i display the report without Aggregates its shows correct values.Can we delete the Aggregates and rebuilt it on the cube?
