Go to IP10 and press the REFRESH button at the bottom of the screen.
You should now see the relevant call change to SAVE TO CALL.
If this does not happen, then please send screen shots of the following:
- IP10 calls
- IP03 scheduling parameters tab.
If the calls do change to SAVE TO CALL, then there is an issue with the IP30 values.
