Notification generation from maintenance plan

Hello All,

Actually I am going to create maintenance plan against the material and generates a notification,

so my requirement is to check the stock of material if the stock is zero notification should not be generated from plan

Please let me know if any enhancement or exit is available for this requirement

also let me know how can develop it
