OM Change IT1001 (BAPI_HRMASTER_SAVE_REPL_MULT)

Hi Everybody,

i try to update IT 1001 (A008) with function 'BAPI_HRMASTER_SAVE_REPL_MULT'. I get an error '5- 106' ("Database update not possible, data record &, RC &"). Calling function 'RH_PNNNN_MAINTAIN' give this error.

And i also get the error '5A 043' ("For infotype '1001' [&1] in status ' ' [&2], function 'INSE' [&3] is not allowed") . But, i will update a record and not insert.

Any idea where is my mistake?
