Notifications for supplier exceeded contract

Hi, experts.

I want to know if there´s any way to get a notification when creating a PO assigned to a supplier contract which target value or target quantity is exceeded.

I´ve created a purchase contract with 100 ea of product X into target quantity, and released a PO for 80 ea of X product, but when i create a new PO for 800 ea of the same product, any advice is shown.

I´ve checked out scope and questions and there is not option, even in fine tune activities.
