Has there been any patch update on Windows or change in middleware version on user's machine?
It is quite evident that the issue is coming on only one machine with all users. Is the BW middleware version compatible with BO?
If you log onto the affected machine with windows admin credentials and try the same workflow, does the issue persist?
It seems like it is working on other client machines. If yes, can you please compare the BW middleware versions and check if there is any difference.
