Assuming that the report in question is a basic list, you can't create multiple spreadsheet outputs in standard. You would have to change the basic list design within SQ00 to match your requirements. Then, everyone who uses this query would see this new layout.
Instead, you may wish to use List viewer option. Here you can define your own layout. There is then a function within list viewer to export to a spreadsheet. The resultant spreadsheet will retain all the features of the List Viewer Layout you have designed.
