Please see below the MT940 sample.

Here UTR# BARBH16030678165 is maintained in the assignment field by user while posting the payment.

When statement is uploaded it is required to clear based on assignment (UTR) so we are using algorithm 015. As it is truncating UTR to 13 characters clearing is not happening.
