I know that we can mention other user name here and log in as that user and execute the reports.
you can run/test the reports only with your user id, to test with end user id, you can click on "how does this work" on the same screen to get better understanding.
I heard like with out credentials we can execute the report and can see the error log and that is main advantage of this option while trouble shooting the issues even the user is not availble for providing additional information about the issue.
Is that true? Since whenever trying so i was asked for user credentials.
are you talking about logon credentials? which user id are you using? your's or end user?
