Thanks for your support.

Actaully I have suggested to change the WF-batch email id but this is used in all other workflows as well (like SD/MM...) so do not want to change.

I prefer to replace MAIL STEP with FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 but all the existing 6 workflows need to be changed ..in each worklfow around 5 mail steps with different text...

Anyhow Thanks I will try to implement any one of the above solutions.
